Compressor mounted on a horizontal receiver. Semi-hermetic, air-cooled
4-cylinder reciprocating compressor in compact design. The suction gas is not
heated up by the motor, but rather drawn in directly from into the compressor.
The motor is cooled by means of a compact, integrated ventilation unit, which
cools not only the motor, but also the compressor and in particular the cylinder
heads, by means of targeted air cooling. The best possible serviceability is
provided by means of a replaceable drive motor, among other things. The
compressor stands out due to its outstanding running comfort and efficient
operating performance. Dependable mechanism lubrication is guaranteed by means
of an oil pump which is independent of rotating direction, as well as a
large-volume oil sump. The optional oil sump heating is carried out using an
immersion sleeve and can therefore be replaced without intervening in the
refrigeration cycle. An additional connection facility for an oil level
regulator is available as a standard. The electrical connection is simplified by
means of a large-volume electric terminal box. The electronic motor protection
MP10 with optical status indication uses PTC sensors in series to monitor the
winding temperature and, if desired, the discharge gas temperature.
