Semi-hermetic air-cooled reciprocating compressor in compact design. The
suction gas is not heated up by the motor, but rather drawn in directly from the
compressor. The motor is cooled by means of a compact, integrated ventilation
unit, which cools not only the motor, but also the compressor and in particular
the cylinder heads, by means of targeted air cooling. The best possible
serviceability is provided by means of a replaceable drive motor, among other
things. The compressor stands out due to its outstanding running comfort and
efficient operating performance. Dependable mechanism lubrication is guaranteed
by means of an oil pump which is independent of rotating direction, as well as a
large-volume oil sump. An electronic motor protection uses PTC sensors in series
to monitor the winding temperature and, if desired, the discharge gas
temperature.
