Compressor with shaft coupling for direct drive mounted on a robust profile base frame. Power transfer from motor to compressor takes place via an elastic shaft coupling. This coupling is separable in the installed condition, which thus enables maintenance work to be carried out on the compressor and motor without having to dismantle them from the base frame. IEC standard motors of type IMB3 may be used as drive motors.

Open type piston compressor for external drive. The compressor design is very compact and robust. Dependable mechanism lubrication is guaranteed by means of an oil pump which is independent of rotating direction, as well as a large-volume oil sump.

Scope of supply

Open type F or FX (Extent of delivery see compressor) compressor for direct drive, mounted on a profiled base frame. With shaft coupling and coupling protection, without drive motor. The hub at the motorside of the shaft coupling will be supplied only with a pilot hole, if at the order is not indicated the shaft Ø of the motor and the dimensions of the feather key groove.
